Hi, I’m Yvonne!

I used to be a member of Active Fitness and absolutely loved the classes – they were such a big inspiration for me to become an instructor myself. I joined Active Fitness in February 2023, and since then, my journey has grown in beautiful ways.

I’ve trained in Reiki, Rahanni Celestial Healing (which I now teach), Yin Yoga, and Tarot. I also facilitate sound baths and cacao ceremonies, and I hold wellness events that nurture the body, mind, heart, and spirit – because I believe all aspects of our well-being are equally important.

Fun fact: I love angel cards, and I’m never without my sage or palo santo! ✨
