Barbell Blast

A class which combines continuous cardiovascular activity with light to moderate weight training. The weight training is performed using a standard two-hand barbell with weight plates attached to both sides.

Bars and Plates

Total Body workout using a weighted bar.  Adaptable to all fitness levels.

Strong Lean Fit

The goal of exercise should always be overall health but along the way it can’t hurt to get Strong, Lean and Fit

Spin and Core

All the benefits of a Spin class condensed into 30min with an additional 15min core targeted workout to finish.

Interval based workout combining strength training and endurance. A high volume but low resistance class.

Aquafit

This class, done mostly vertically and without swimming, is suitable for all fitness levels. Aquafit is offered in a group fitness class setting and focuses on aerobic endurance, resistance training and creating an enjoyable atmosphere.

Heated Yoga

Classes are offered by Ken and Natasha of YogaYoga. The classes are an intense form of yoga taught in a heated room. This class is designed for all levels of students from absolute beginners to the advanced practitioner.

Karate

A martial art developed in the Ryukyu Islands. Classes are offered to adults and children from 6yrs, and are for all levels from beginner to the most advanced students.

Spin

A vigorous cardio workout using stationary bikes. It improves endurance, muscle tone and helps relieve stress, all while burning those calories.

Functional Mobility

Increase range of motion, optimize athletic performance, and promote recovery.

Bootcamp

An exercise class that mixes traditional calisthenic and body weight exercises with interval and strength training.

Boxing Fit

This circuit class trains the whole body by using boxing style stations and techniques. Time flies as you work on body movement, agility and momentum. If you stick with the boxer-size workout you’ll get fit and enhance muscle definition, without the bulk. It’s a great way for relieving stress too!

T-MINUS 45

The combination of cardio, strength and power creates a class which aims to improve many aspects of fitness all at once. By using these three components of physical fitness, members will get a high intensity class which will burn calories as well as increasing their levels of strength.

Suspension Training

Using body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the Suspension Trainer, a performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to complete the exercises.

Core Strength

Focusing entirely on the core muscles. Helping to support the spine, increasing abdominal tone and improving balance and co-ordination.  

Death Row

Active 24s peak fitness class. Combining advanced lifting movements, gymnastics/skill work and engine building cardio. Put yourself to the ultimate fitness test.
