There are a wide variety of Galway gym classes all over the city, however, our friendly, professional staff are committed to ensuring you set realistic and focused goals that will help you stay motivated, and allow you to access the potential within. Kettlebells
Combines cardio and strength training for the entire body. Develops balance, coordination and power, all in one class.
Body Blast
An exercise class that mixes traditional calisthenic and body weight exercises with interval and strength training.
Spin & Core
All the benefits of a Spin class condensed into 30min with an additional 15min core targeted workout to finish.
Box N Burn
This circuit class trains the whole body by using boxing style stations and techniques. Time flies as you work on body movement, agility and momentum. If you stick with the boxercise workout you’ll get fit and enhance muscle definition, without the bulk. It’s a great way for relieving stress too!
T-Minus 45
The combination of cardio, strength and power creates a class which aims to improve many aspects of fitness all at once. By using these three components of physical fitness, members will get a high-intensity class which will burn calories as well as increase their levels of strength.
Step It Up
A 30min class to burn calories, tone and shape your glutes and legs. Improves coordination and agility.
Raw Strength
Focusing on full body compound lifts, the goal is to help you develop lean and functional muscle tone using maximum power and strength development.
Box Fit

Circuit Breaker
Interval based workout combining strength training and endurance. A high volume but low resistance class.
Spin & Stretch
A vigorous cardio workout using our stationary bikes followed by a series of stretches to promote recovery.
Strength & Stretch
This class includes various bodyweight and weight exercises to increase overall strength. This includes a series of stretches to help with flexibility, range of motion, balance, and posture.

24 hour gym with studios as well as sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and pool (and more). My partner and I have been a member of this gym for almost two years, so handy to be able to go whenever we want!

I went to many gyms in Galway, but it qualifies for the best a little high price to join but it's worth it. there is a gym, swimming pool and sauna. punching bag and class. the gym is very clean and the service is nice.

Fantastic gym. Everything you need here to get a good workout in. Great steam room by the swimming pool. The staff are brilliant here, they're a credit to the place and the regulars who use their facilities are also very friendly.
