During my time as Team Lead of Health and Fitness at the St Johns YMCA, Newfoundland, I have taught various classes such as Spin, Kettlebells and Bars & Plates. I believe in taking a realistic and steady approach to training and nutrition in order to sustain a healthier lifestyle. When not in the gym, I love to hike, cycle and row.
