Active 24 Fitness & Leisure is a member’s only facility and is not open to non-member public access. We have a number of different membership types and categories on offer, such as:
Unrestricted and unlimited access to all the club’s facilities for one person, 24 hours, 7 days a week.
Unrestricted and unlimited access to all the club’s facilities for two people, 24 hours, 7 days a week.
Access to all the club’s facilities for one person during restricted hours.
Unrestricted and unlimited access to all the club’s facilities for a person aged over 55 years, 24 hours, 7 days a week.

Can I try out the Gym First?
Yes just email firstname.lastname@example.org and book in for a free trial.
Do you have to pay extra for classes?
We have a fantastic selection of classes on our activity timetable. These are available to all members and are suitable for all levels from beginners to advanced. The majority of classes are inclusive, however there are occasional specific classes where external teachers are required. On these classes, payment will be required at a special rate for members. Member feedback is so important to us to ensure that you are getting the best out of your membership. If there are classes you would like to see featured on the timetable, please contact the fitness team where we are always happy to discuss your suggestions.
Can I upgrade or change my membership?
You can amend your membership any time if your circumstances change. If you need more flexibility on your off peak membership, we can change this to full access, if you reach 55, we will change you to an active retired, if you return to being a student, we can change you to a student membership. Your membership should suit your needs, please come and talk to the membership office where we are delighted to help.
Do you offer membership freezes?
Of course, we recognise that there are periods in your membership term that you are unable to predict. Therefore, we offer medical freezes. This must be supported by a letter from your GP detailing the period that you are unable to activate your membership. We will process this at the membership office. Please refer to terms and conditions of the membership for further details.
How do I obtain corporate membership?
We offer competitive rates for corporate members. To avail of this, there must a minimum of 5 or more members from the same company. We require identification from your employers to obtain the corporate rate. Check with the membership office to see if you qualify!
Will I be shown how to use the equipment?
Free fitness testing and personalised programming is inclusive in the membership. Staff will demonstrate how to use the equipment and make sure you are getting the most out of your workout.
