I have recently graduated with Image Fitness in Group & Fitness Instruction and Personal Training.
I love working out, particularly focusing on strength training. I am also extremely interested in psychology and learning about how our minds operate. I myself can see the positive impact exercise has on my own mental health and fitness goals. My aim is to create a fun, dynamic space for people to become the best versions of themselves.
