HOW WE WILL MANAGE MEMBER SAFETY
Our future may look a little different for now but a safe, secure experience is fundamental to deliver True Hospitality, and that will never change. As the world adjusts to new norms and expectations, we’re enhancing cleanliness and supporting your personal wellbeing when you visit us.
GETTING OUR TEAMS BACK
We are working closely with our teams on returning to work and keeping you – our members – safe in this new environment, which include:
- Updated colleague training and certification
- Staff temperature check at the start of every work day
- Strict social distancing operating procedures and signage
- Guidance on the use of protective equipment as necessary
- Hand sanitiser and disinfecting wipes available at high-touch points throughout the premises.
OUR COMMITMENT TO CLEANLINESS AND WELLBEING
We have a long-standing commitment to rigorous cleaning procedures which is now being expanded with COVID-19 protocols – many of which are already in place, and reflect the advice of the HSE and local public health authorities. You can expect to see updated procedures in every area of the premises, which include:
The pool will be available to members from July 20th, with restricted access, by advance booking only. More details to follow.
MAIN GYM AREAS
Access to the gym will be by advance booking only, via our Member’s app. Please be advised that this will be on an hourly basis, and access to the changing rooms will be restricted to accommodate as many members as possible. While our studio areas will be closed for classes until further notice we will be using Studio 1 to relocate some of our gym equipment so we can ensure members can workout, while still maintaining required social distancing.
SAUNA & STEAMROOM
The sauna and steamroom will remain closed until further notice.
PUBLIC SPACES & FACILITIES
Additional deep cleaning of high touch surfaces, social distancing, ‘last cleaned’ charts, and best practices for all public areas and facilities.
