“Bodybuilding is the use of progressive resistance exercise to control and develop ones musculature.”

Not only is bodybuilding considered a sport but also an art. The definition of art being “Expression or application of human creative skill and imagination typically in a visual form” A finished product to be appreciated for its emotional power and beauty. Bodybuilding being one of the most dedicated forms of art as the body becomes the blank canvas in which you develop your master piece. It takes a disciplined mind, strict diet and training routine as well as many other sacrifices to obtain/chase that perfect physique.
I have taken part in many forms of training but always found myself circling back to the Iron. I now dedicate my full attention and commitment to bodybuilding without distraction. I do not drink alcohol, I do not smoke, I have my diet broken down to a fine margin and I train hard. I make sacrifices that other people will not and most importantly I have a vision in my mind that I will manifest.
My first competition will happen in 2018 so every meal and training session counts I’m looking forward to stepping on stage and portraying my hard work. But this is just a milestone system for me.
My only competition is myself and I wish to better myself every single day.
