Aoife Morrow

Fitness / Class / Swim Instructor
Trainer Bio

With over 10 years of experience in the leisure industry, I have in the past two years branched into the fitness side of the industry, making my passion my career.  I am now determined to help clients create and achieve their desired goals in the same way I have done. Having brought myself through substantial transformation, losing over 10% body fat, I know exactly what it takes to achieve your goals and more importantly how to get there. I believe that Fitness is not a destination; it’s a way of life.

My style of classes includes high intensity intervals that target different parts of the body and push clients through barriers they can’t reach on their own. It’s a rewarding experience as a personal trainer watching clients improve their whole life experience through health and fitness. Working individually with clients also means that I am continually learning and growing in my career as each person teaches me something new about the capability of the human body. I can then apply this knowledge to my role here at Active 24 fitness to ensure members get the most from their membership.
