I believe that good health is the foundation to everything. If you feel great when you wake up every day then it’s going to be an awesome day. Good nutrition and any kind of fitness helps with any life struggles and in my opinion, that’s the key to happiness. Loosing 20kg and feeling great was one of the greatest achievements in my life, so I decided to help others feel better about themselves, achieve their goals and bring out the best in them.

What I love about my job are the achievements people get. When I hear that their overall wellbeing is up, sleep is better, and they enjoy coming to the gym, then I know I did my job well. There is a place for everyone, and if anyone needs help all you have to do is ask.

I studied fitness and nutrition in Profi Fitness and loved it.
