This topic is very close to me and I’m sure a lot of people can relate. We all have a self-esteem, the only difference is that if it’s low, normal or high. Everything is good in moderation and this is no exception.  I have met so many people with so many different issues and the only thing you actually can do is to assess your life, see where the problem is coming from and change that.

Self-esteem and success, happiness and all the positive emotions go hand in hand. So if you’re too tired to go to the gym, figure out why. Is it the lack of sleep? Is it bad nutrition? Are you working long hours and just don’t let yourself have a balanced life? If you’re not happy with the way things are in your life the only person who can change it is you! I believe in every person I meet on a day-to-day basis. Do you believe in yourself? Make better choices for yourself, believe me, when you’ll start to feel better and more energetic the nutritious food and gym will be something you’ll be looking forward to. When you start to see better changes, when your body and your mind are in sync that’s the time when your self-esteem will be normal and you will feel on top of the world!
